We offer versatile space that can work for large groups, an entire manufacturing operation, or one person with a laptop. Many of our spaces are shared and collaboration is encouraged. Our normally shared/public spaces can be rented for private and public events of all types.Residents
Ponyride currently has residents renting out the space on a month-to-month lease term. Resident companies have transitioned old office spaces with double drop ceilings into light manufacturing, co-working or daily office space. Residents also have access to all three locations across Southeastern Michigan and open to businesses that are in the health and beauty, culinary, technology and professional service industries.Diverse Ecosystem
Ponyride 1.0 was launched in 2011 by Phil Cooley and Kate Bordine to give entrepreneurs a location to build ideas, build businesses, and build a future for themselves in the City of Detroit. In 2020, Ponyride made the bold move to merge with Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan to launch Ponyride 2.0 to expand its ecosystem of diverse social entrepreneurs while creating adequate resources for economic mobility.Amenities
